How Do I Activate My Premium VPN Key?

If you purchased a Premium VPN key, please follow the steps below to activate it correctly.

In most cases, Premium VPN activation is completed through your Bitdefender account or directly inside the Bitdefender VPN app.

1. Check Your Product Details

Before activating, please check the product page description and your delivery email.

The product information may include:

• Activation instructions
• Subscription duration
• Device limit
• Region restrictions
• Account requirements
• Download instructions

2. Sign In to Bitdefender Central

Go to:

central.bitdefender.com

Sign in with your Bitdefender account.

If you do not have an account, create one first.

Your Premium VPN subscription will be linked to the Bitdefender account used during activation.

3. Activate the Subscription

After signing in, go to:

My Subscriptions

Then click:

Activate with code

or:

Activate your subscription

Enter your Premium VPN activation code exactly as shown in your order details.

Then click:

Activate

4. Install Bitdefender VPN

After the code is activated, download and install Bitdefender VPN from your Bitdefender Central account.

You can also install the Bitdefender VPN app directly on your device and sign in with the same Bitdefender account.

5. Activate From the VPN App

If you already installed the Bitdefender VPN app, you may also activate the code directly from the app.

On Windows or Mac:

1. Open Bitdefender VPN
2. Go to Settings
3. Open My Account
4. Click Have an activation code?
5. Enter your activation code
6. Click Activate code

On mobile, open the Bitdefender VPN app, sign in, and look for the option to use or enter an activation code.

Please make sure:

• You are using the correct Bitdefender account
• The activation code is entered exactly as shown
• Your internet connection is working
• Your subscription has not already been activated on another account
• You follow the instructions from the product page or delivery email
