After your order is completed, your product key will be available in your order details or delivery email.
1. Check Your Customer Account
If you created a customer account, log in on our website.
Then go to your account section and open:
Orders
Select your order and check the order details. Your product key should be available there once the payment is confirmed.
2. Check Your Email
Your product key is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please check:
- Inbox
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions
- Updates
The email may include your product key, activation guide, download link, or a direct link to your order page.
3. If You Used Guest Checkout
If you placed the order as a guest, you may still be able to access your order from the confirmation email.
Open the order confirmation email and click the link to view your order.
In some cases, you may need to confirm your identity by entering:
- Your order number
- The email address or phone number used at checkout
4. Wait for Payment Confirmation
If you just placed the order, please allow up to 30 minutes for payment confirmation and delivery.
Once the payment is confirmed, your product key should appear in your order details and email.
5. Follow the Activation Instructions
After finding your key, follow the activation instructions for the product you purchased.
You can usually find the guide:
- In the product page description
- In your delivery email
- On your order page

- Your order ID
- The email address used at checkout
