Our Windows keys are not intended to work as upgrade keys.
If you purchased a Windows Professional key, the same Windows Professional edition should already be installed on your device before activation.
1. Windows Keys Are Not Upgrade Keys
A Windows Pro key may not upgrade your system from another edition automatically.
For example, if your PC has Windows Home or another Windows edition installed, a Windows Pro key may not activate correctly.
You need to install the correct Windows edition first.
2. Check Your Windows Version
Before contacting support, please check which Windows edition is installed on your device.
Windows 11
Go to:
Settings > System > Activation
Windows 10
Go to:
Settings > Update & Security > Activation
Check if your installed edition matches the key you purchased.
3. Send a Screenshot for Verification
If you need help, please send us a full screenshot of your Windows version and activation page.
The screenshot should be:
- Full screen
- Clear and readable
- Unedited
- Showing the date and time on your taskbar
This helps our support team verify the issue correctly.
4. Refund or Replacement Options
If you purchased the wrong version, please contact our support team.
Depending on the case, we may be able to offer:
- A replacement key
- A refund
- Another suitable solution
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and depend on verification.
5. Contact Support
Please email us at:
Include:
- Your order ID
- A screenshot of your Windows version
- A screenshot of the activation error, if available
- The Windows edition you purchased
- The Windows edition currently installed
- A short explanation of the issue
Our support team will review your case and help with the next steps.
